What is your shipping policy?

After your order has been placed the artwork is wrapped and can be couriered to any address worldwide.

DOMESTIC

Shipping within the UK usually takes between 1 to 2 weeks from your purchase date. Due to the bespoke nature of the pieces size and weight the prices for shipping vary. All processes are done by me so please bare this in mind. I’M A ONE MAN BAND.

INTERNATIONAL

Shipping internationally can take anywhere from 4 to 8 weeks from the purchase date. Due to the bespoke nature of the pieces size and weight the prices for shipping vary, please request courier price on ordering.

Which paints are used to paint the windows?

I try to keep the toxic impact from my work as minimal as possible so I use Farrow & Ball eco friendly paints on the window frames. Some of the inks I use for the artwork are still toxic at this moment in time but I’m always looking into new environmentally friendly ways of creating beauty.

Do you offer refunds of exchanges?

As a small business I can happily of exchanges within the same price range of the purchased item however I do not offer refunds with items bought or commissioned online.

Do you offer editions of your print for sale?

As the driving force of my work lyes in being totally bespoke and one of a kind I’m afraid I will not offer digital or handmade edition runs of prints you find here. You deserve something as unique as you.

Are the framed prints and windows sold with wall fittings?

All the bespoke framed pieces bought from the site come with heavy duty D ring strap hangers as standard to make it simple, easy and pleasing on the eye to hang you artwork wherever you choice with ease.
